Job Description:

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns

• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools and proactive follow-up

• Conduct high-impact sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs

• Understand each client’s business objectives and align BacBon’s digital solutions to meet those goals

• Prepare and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and sales agreements

• Collaborate with internal departments (product, implementation, and support teams) to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction

• Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders

• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends

Job Requirements

• Proven 05+ years Corporate Sales experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bangla and English

• Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage

• Strong presentation and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
