Job Description:

  • • Report to the project managers as required.
  • • Review budgets, including staffing, work plans, and fee structures.
  • • Provide project managers and clients with timely financial reports and budgets.
  • • Prepare pre-billing reports for project managers to review.
  • • Prepare actual costs, working capital, and tax reports.
  • • Monitor receivable income and support project manager with collections.
  • • Issue invoices and purchase orders, as well as paying consultant, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier bills.
  • • Ensure a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices promptly.
  • • Prepare tax reports and documentation of working capital.
  • • Present project account details during audits.
  • • Update contracts according to client requirements and report associated budget amendments.

Job Description:

  • • 8+ Years of experience of working in accounting, finance, procurement, and relevant fields
  • • Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, and maintaining ledgers.
  • • Experience in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • • Ability to prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses.
  • • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, and the ability to prepare and submit tax returns.
  • • Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or other industry-specific software.
  • • Strong organizational and office management skills, including managing schedules, meetings, and resources.
  • • Ability to maintain and organize administrative records and documentation.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and external partners.
  • • Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
  • • Facilities Management: Basic understanding of facilities and office space management.
  • • Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting, and in Word and PowerPoint for document preparation and presentation.
  • • Awareness of and ability to adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, such as labor laws and financial regulations.
  • • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address complex financial and administrative challenges.
  • • Ability to work effectively in a team, as Accounts and admin Officers often collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
  • • A keen eye for detail, as errors in financial records and administrative documentation can have significant consequences.
  • • Adherence to high ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial and administrative data.
  • • The capability to adapt to changing financial regulations, software updates, and administrative requirements.
  • • Efficient time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • • A customer-oriented approach for handling client or employee inquiries related to financial and administrative matters.
  • • The ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.


  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
