The primary responsibility of this role is to support the smooth execution of training programs, coordinate administrative and operational tasks, maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure effective communication between trainers, participants, and management. Job Description:

  • - Ensure the smooth day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the training center.
  • - Coordinate with trainers, instructors, students, and management to ensure the effective implementation of training and administrative activities.
  • - Assist teachers in maintaining classroom discipline, managing student attendance, and fostering a productive learning environment.
  • - Maintain regular communication with management regarding program progress, student performance, operational issues, and administrative requirements.
  • - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on class activities, attendance records, examination performance, student behavior, and overall program outcomes.
  • - Monitor student attendance, discipline, participation, and academic progress while maintaining accurate records for evaluation purposes.
  • - Motivate, counsel, and guide students when necessary to improve engagement, attendance, and learning outcomes.
  • - Collect feedback and recommendations from trainers and instructors regarding student performance, classroom management, and course effectiveness.
  • - Maintain and update student databases, academic records, admission files, attendance sheets, examination records, and other institutional documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • - Manage office inventories, educational materials, books, classroom equipment, and other institutional assets, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
  • - Monitor the condition of classrooms, office rooms, training facilities, office equipment, and technological resources, and report maintenance requirements as needed.
  • - Support management in organizing meetings, events, training sessions, workshops, and other institutional programs.
  • - Maintain proper filing systems for official correspondence, reports, agreements, and administrative records.
  • - Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, rules, and regulations by students and staff.

Job Requirements:

  • - Prior 2+ years of experience in administration, education management, or training coordination will be an added advantage.
  • - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • - Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English (spoken and written).
  • - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
  • - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • - Ability to manage students, maintain discipline, and ensure a professional learning environment.
  • - Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • - Basic reporting and documentation skills.
  • - Teamwork, coordination, and leadership capabilities.
