The primary responsibility of this role is to support the sales and business development activities of EdTech products and solutions, including smart boards, conference systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital education technologies. The role involves assisting in client engagement, coordinating sales operations, supporting project execution, and ensuring smooth delivery of solutions to clients.

Job Description:

  • - Identify and approach potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.
  • - Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools and proactive follow-up strategies.
  • - Conduct high-impact sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • - Understand client business objectives and align company solutions to meet those goals effectively.
  • - Prepare and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and sales agreements.
  • - Collaborate with internal departments (product, implementation, and support teams) to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • - Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • - Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • - Prepare and submit regular sales, operational, and activity reports for management review and decision-making.
  • - Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

Job Requirements:

  • - Proven 5+ years of experience in sales.
  • - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bangla and English.
  • - Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage.
  • - Strong presentation and analytical skills.
  • - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
