Job Requirements:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
  • - Must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in English.
  • - Clear, confident, and fluent spoken English is crucial; British accent will get preference.
  • - Ability to conduct thorough research and identify potential candidates for overseas employment.
  • - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • - Understanding of cultural differences and etiquette when interacting with candidates from different countries.
  • - Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and communication tools.
  • - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • - Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • - Familiarity with UK recruitment processes will be an advantage.
  • - Patient, empathetic, and able to handle difficult customer situations gracefully.

Job Description:

  • - Research and identify potential candidates from various sources, including online job boards, social media, and existing networks.
  • - Initiate and maintain contact with potential candidates, providing information about job opportunities and the placement process.
  • - Maintain accurate records of candidate information, communication history, and placement status.
  • - Coordinate with the team, clients, and candidates to facilitate the placement process.
  • - Prepare and manage necessary documentation for candidate applications and placement.
  • - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies related to international recruitment and employment.
  • - Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on candidate progress and placement status.
  • - Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • - Identify the root cause of customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • - Assist in sourcing CVs from various platforms (job boards, social media, or internal databases) for job vacancies.
  • - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers of the client.
  • - Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate records are kept for future reference.
  • - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as data privacy laws.
  • - Follow up on unresolved customer issues and ensure they are resolved promptly.
  • - Meet performance goals such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, or resolution rates.
