Job Description:

  • - Identify and approach potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns
  • - Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools and proactive follow-up
  • - Conduct high-impact sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • - Understand each client’s business objectives and align BacBon’s digital solutions to meet those goals
  • - Prepare and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and sales agreements
  • - Collaborate with internal departments (product, implementation, and support teams) to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
  • - Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • - Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • - Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends

Job Requirements

  • - Proven 05+ years Corporate Sales experience
  • - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
  • - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bangla and English
  • - Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage
  • - Strong presentation and analytical skills
  • - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
