Job Description:
- - Assemble and configure Smart Boards, PCs, and laptop computer networks
- - Install software and hardware components in Smart Boards, PCs, laptops, and notebooks
- - Set up Smart Boards, printers, photocopiers, routers, and other devices
- - Troubleshoot issues with Smart Boards, PCs, laptops, printers, etc.
- - Replace laptop components such as displays, batteries, speakers, cooling fans, and keyboards
- - Provide technical support in-house, on-site, or through phone calls and email
Job Requirements:
- - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in computer hardware engineering
- - Diploma in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and precision
- - Ability to work under strict deadlines
- - Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and electrical systems
- - Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, testing tools, equipment, and techniques (mainly PCB designing)
- - Fundamental knowledge of HW design principles: Signal Integrity, Power Design, Computer Architecture
- - Proven experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design
