Eligibility:
- - Undergraduate 4th year student OR Master degree student OR graduates
- - Able to come to BacBon office 3 days a week for 4 months (August-December 2025)
- - Highly passionate about BacBon University Admission Service and managing Life Coaches
Duration:
- August 2025 - December 2025 (may change depending on the University Admission Exam)
- before and during the 2025/26 Batch Period
Working Hours:
- 3 days in BacBon Office, 9am - 5pm
- 2 days (Friday and Saturday) at home, 8 hours per day
Salary:
- 20,000BDT/month
- project based work before the batch: 300 BDT/hour
Responsibilities:
- 1. Management of Life coaches.
- - Join Life coach group weekly meetings every week and give Life coaches advice if necessary.
- - Check the lesson report/ lesson video every week and confirm all Life coaches submitted before the due date.
- - Check the quality of lesson reports and report them to the administration team.
- - Directly message Life coaches and handle all the questions from them. Report them to the administration team.
- 2. Communicating with the BacBon School administration team.
- - Have a meeting with the administration team. Share the update of students and Life coaches.
- 3. Other Life coach related work
- - Organize Life coach training sessions together with the administration team before the batch starts.
- - Support administration team of life coach related work during the batch(You will need to be involved with the e-Education project)
- 4. Other University Admission Service related work
- - Conduct quality check of daily, weekly and monthly exam questions.
- - Manage student matching with Life Coaches.
- - Communicate with students regularly.
Schedule:
- 1. Application Deadline: May 11th (Sun)
- 2. Notification of application result: May 12th (Mon)
- 3. Interview (in-person): May 14th, 15th

During the course of the Life Coach Manager, the Life Coach Manager may have access to confidential and proprietary information of the Company, its clients, or its partners. The Life Coach Manager agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose or use it for personal gain or any purpose other than in connection with their assigned tasks and responsibilities during the working period.
