Office Hours:

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM


Job Description:

  • - Oversee the day-to-day back-office operations to support the UK team
  • - Close business deals with clients maintaining utmost professionalism and business manner
  • - Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence
  • - Oversee sales, promotions, and campaigns, including social media engagement
  • - Manage a team of back-office professionals, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • - Monitor and streamline processes related to data management, candidate sourcing, and client communication
  • - Serve as the face of the organization to the clients and partners
  • - Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and UK-specific recruitment protocols
  • - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow and team performance
  • - Collaborate with the UK team to address client needs and resolve operational challenges
  • - Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management

Job Requirements:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in international recruitment, Call Centers or HR services
  • - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • - Fluency in English is a must, both written and verbal; British accent will get preference
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Proficient in MS Office applications and operational tools
  • - Familiarity with UK recruitment processes will be an advantage
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Education:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
