Job Description:
- - Oversee the day-to-day back-office operations to support the UK team
- - Close business deals with clients maintaining utmost professionalism and business manner
- - Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence
- - Oversee sales, promotions, and campaigns, including social media engagement
- - Manage a team of back-office professionals, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- - Monitor and streamline processes related to data management, candidate sourcing, and client communication
- - Serve as the face of the organization to the clients and partners
- - Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and UK-specific recruitment protocols
- - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow and team performance
- - Collaborate with the UK team to address client needs and resolve operational challenges
- - Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management
Job Requirements:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in international recruitment, Call Centers or HR services
- - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- - Fluency in English is a must, both written and verbal; British accent will get preference
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Proficient in MS Office applications and operational tools
- - Familiarity with UK recruitment processes will be an advantage
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Education:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
