To accelerate and expand our Edtech products to the greater audience, BacBon is welcoming application from dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell cutting-edge EdTech products and services to learners, educational institutions, training institutions and corporate bodies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the education sector, and a passion for technology-driven learning solutions. The major responsibility of the role is to promote and sake our Edtech products and services by connecting innovative learning solutions with the needs of learners, educational institutions, educators, and corporate enterprizes.

The Sales Executive will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships to expand BacBon’s footprint in the EdTech industry. This role involves promoting and selling BacBon’s products and services, identifying customer needs, and ensuring client satisfaction to achieve sales targets.

Job Description:

  • - Identify and engage potential clients including schools, colleges, universities, training institutions, corporate enterprises, book publishers, and individual learners.
  • - Promote, demonstrate, and sell EdTech solutions such as IFP, Mozabook, EduPack (LMS), Youepub, ELSA, MathMaster, Vooks, etc.
  • - Conduct product presentations, online/offline demos, and training sessions for prospective clients.
  • - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • - Gather market intelligence, track competitors, and provide insights for product positioning.
  • - Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • - Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to design campaigns and promotional activities.
  • - Attend exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and networking events to build industry connections.
  • - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to the Sales Manager.
  • - Carry out any other relevant assignments from the company.

Job Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, especially Science & Technology, Business, Marketing, or Education.
  • - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in EdTech, publishing, or digital learning solutions.
  • - Result-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • - Tech-savvy with the ability to explain digital tools and platforms to non-technical audiences.
  • - Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • - Ability to travel and conduct on-site client visits as needed.
