The primary responsibility of this role is to install, configure, maintain, and provide technical support for Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), smart classroom solutions, conference systems, and other digital collaboration technologies. The role involves onsite implementation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of deployed solutions.

Job Description:

  • - Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), computer hardware, networking equipment, CCTV cameras, and digital collaboration solutions while providing onsite and remote technical support.
  • - Conduct hardware inspections, repairs, component replacements, and system upgrades as required.
  • - Install and configure operating systems, device drivers, and basic software applications.
  • - Assist in the deployment, commissioning, and maintenance of technology solutions and IT infrastructure projects.
  • - Maintain service reports, maintenance records, inventory logs, and technical documentation.
  • - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding hardware procurement, warranty claims, and replacement parts.
  • - Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • - Perform basic network troubleshooting and provide support for LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
  • - Follow company policies, technical standards, and safety procedures during all service and maintenance activities.
  • - Support project implementation teams during installation, testing, and handover phases.
  • - Provide user training and guidance on the proper use and maintenance of hardware equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • - Prior 3+ years of experience in hardware servicing, maintenance, and technical support.
  • - Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing IFP/smart TV panels, displays, motherboards, and other components.
  • - Diploma/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • - Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
  • - Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English (spoken and written).
  • - Good communication and customer service abilities.
  • - Willingness to travel for field support and project-related assignments when required.
  • - Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • - Basic reporting and documentation skills.
  • - Teamwork, coordination, and leadership capabilities.
